This new structuring recently saw Rob Hill promoted to group managing partner Ogilvy South Africa and Gavin Levinsohn appointed as MD of Ogilvy's Cape Town office.

Both Ramanjan and Fordyce are recognised as true professionals in the advertising industry and have played key leadership roles in local agencies. Ramanjam is a longstanding senior member of the Ogilvy Cape Town team who has successfully headed up a client that operates in very interesting and challenging communication space.

"Vanessa has done an amazing job in leading the BAT account and building our team and reputation in South Africa and internationally. Kate has done an outstanding job in building our status with SAB and will help lead our initiatives with Ogilvy One in the below-the-line communication areas as well as assist with growing our specialist divisions. Congratulations to both of them and we look forward to them playing a key role in our business going forward," says Rob Hill.
