Print media journalist Douglas Carew has joined his wife Kerry Seymour in her company, Splash PR.
Formerly a senior writer for the Weekend Argus, Carew brings 11 years of journalism experience to the consultancy. Over the years he has worked as a sub-editor, production editor and writer and been published in the Daily Dispatch, the Weekend Argus and its sister publications in the Independent Newspapers group in South Africa, The Independent in London, and a variety of magazines including African Leadership and Femina.
"With Doug on board we can offer our clients a superior service," said Seymour. "Not only can he write killer press releases with the media's needs at heart, but he is dying to unleash his creative juices to enhance our company's ability to get our clients meaningful exposure."
