New chief at BDFM Sales

"The BDFM group will benefit enormously from Gewers' long experience in sales," says Ndivhu Ramalibana, the group's GM for marketing and circulation.

Gewers joined the BDFM team in 2005 as sales manager responsible for the Western Cape region. He then moved to the BDFM head office in Johannesburg, focusing on the re-engineering process of the Financial Mail and, subsequently, moved into the role of deputy GM for BDFM sales.

Gewers says that his philosophy on life and work is very simple. They revolve largely around delivering value and exceptional service to clients, working hard and having a great deal of fun in the process.

Mzi Malunga, MD of BDFM Sales, paid tribute to Pule Molebeledi by saying, "He was one of the best I have worked with and will miss him," adding however, "I know that the BDFM sales team is in good hands. I also know that Eben will rise to the occasion, even in a challenging year like this one."
