How relevant is SA public relations?
By participating in the Global Alliance survey to gather information from PR practitioners around the world, which draws on initial research by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in the UK, South Africa will receive both a country and a global comparative report in due course.
Everywhere in the world there is a need to define, understand, identify trends and highlight key issues that are emerging in the PR industry. This survey will enable the first-ever audit of the entire profession to be conducted and is designed to establish the size and importance of the industry. Areas of growth are to be explored, as well as defining and measuring the contribution that PR practitioners make as professionals in the economic, social and political fabric of nations.
