Parts Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced parts manager to manage, drive and motivate the parts team. A minimum of five years' parts management experience within a franchised dealership is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to run parts department and manage all parts management duties
• Manage inventory and stock control
• Customer service
• Overseeing orders for replacement parts
• Meeting set targets
• Debtors control
• Work closely and communicate effectively with service department

Requirements: 

• Three years' management and sales experience in the parts department of a dealership
• Courses/ qualifications related to the motor industry and sales is advantageous
• Premium brand experience is advantageous 
• Experience in training staff
• Computer literate
• Matric certificate
• Valid driver's licence
• Good part knowledge and understanding
