Design agency in Parkhurst needs a mid-level account manager, with at least five years' experience in relevant marketing industry, to look after one of our awesome clients.

Required:

• Attend client meetings
• Assess the needs of clients and advise accordingly
• Brief jobs into creative team
• Liaise between client and studio and between studio and production
• Ensure that all deadlines are met
• Ensure that client remains within budget and inform them timeously if this is no longer the case
• Build a relationship with client by being accessible, professional and by following up with them regularly
• Make sure you have a working knowledge of your client’s CIs and can advise studio when necessary and that changes and creative are trafficked and correct
• Manage your account on Chase including CEs, artwork approval and CS hours
