A top-tier automotive service division at a dealership is looking for an experienced senior car technician to bring their expertise to the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of five years' experience as an automotive technician, with a strong background in diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Certifications: Certification or equivalent preferred. Manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus.
• Skills: Proficient with advanced diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical school training or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnostics and repairs: Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Maintenance services: Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Technical leadership: Mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and sharing your extensive knowledge to enhance team performance.
• Customer interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining complex technical issues and repair solutions in a clear, understandable manner.
• Record keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
