We are looking for a case manager and authorisation clerk. This is a permanent role based in the southern suburbs
of Cape Town, Western Cape.
The case manager will pay a pivotal role in the coordination and facilitation of authorisation and payment of treatment
to ensure best care is delivered to our patients with the least financial burden.
Full job description:
- To manage the treatment planning development with the doctor's motivation, including SAOC;Cosmofer injections
- To obtain timeous and accurate scheme funding authorization and payment for treatment
- Daily liaison and communication with the medical aid schemes;hospital pharmacy staff
- Daily authorisation follow-up and monitoring
- PMB and Chronic medicine control and monitoring
- Assisting doctors in completing section 21 applications
- General office administration
