Role description
This is a full-time, in-office position as a junior administrative assistant. You would be responsible for providing support to the booking team, handling phone calls, preparing basic invoices and accounting tasks, processing registration paperwork, following up on contracts and usages as well as updating CV's, ensuring office supplies are restocked and assisting with any other general office tasks.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic accounting software knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior administrative experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent. Tertiary education is preferred.
- Own reliable transport
- Willing to work longer hours in the Cape Town film season until +/6.30pm
- After hours work on the duty phone on a rotational basis on evenings / weekends for any queries / work needed
