We are a marketing agency looking for a well rounded HR Assistant, supporting the HR Manager.
Role description
This is a full-time role located in Stellenbosch for an HR assistant. The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administrative tasks. The HR Assistant will also provide support to HR manager.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles is a plus.
- Relevant HR certification or related field.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Winelands/Helderberg area.
