An eight-month digital marketing assistant contract is on the table for an impressive entry-level talent to earn their stripes at fashion and lifestyle brand, Poetry. This is a nine-month position contracted through The Content Studio.

You will hit the ground running as assistant to the digital lead and social media coordinator at Poetry, and offer support to the broader team. Your dedicated immersion in the roles and responsibilities is an accelerated and empowering learning journey in this multi-faceted environment.

You're proactive, consistent and mindful about rolling up your sleeves and taking on key admin roles.
Roles include: on-time monthly invoice processing and tracking; production schedule tracking and updates; assisting with coordination across key projects with the support of the broader team, and; other areas where your enterprising and intelligent involvement makes a difference.
You'll take control of the weekly mailers from populating, link testing and deployment to insights and reporting, and jump in to help with adhoc posting on social media channels.
Submitting clear design briefs to studio on time and in line with the agreed upon studio SLA’s and managing feedback loops within deadline parameters is a critical and ongoing role.
This also ties into the paid media aspect, where you'll prep studio briefs and liaise with the agency on updates and timelines.
You'll manage and update the team's status sheet for creative briefs to ensure handover dates are adhered to and manage critical timelines of campaigns by liaising with partners and key internal stakeholders as required.
You'll also be getting hands-on with two of your greatest loves, fashion and content! Building relationships with the merch team is essential to take effective ownership of sample sourcing for content production and assisting with product management on shoots.
