Administrative Assistant

• Assist in scheduling and organising meetings, conference room reservations, and meeting minutes.
• Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure the proper functioning of office facilities.
• Assist with the processing of financial and HR documents to maintain data accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in arranging employee travel and receiving clients and visitors.
• Support the team's needs in project management and coordination.

• At least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related work experience.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and solve problems.
