An agency specialising in the marketing of shopping centres has a vacancy for a Financial Assistant at our head office in Stellenbosch.
The financial assistant has the following main responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Full financial functions up to Trial Balance
- Processing of Customer invoicing and reporting
- Processing of Supplier invoices and weekly payment preparations
- Cashbook processing and bank reconciliations
- Customer and Supplier Account reconciliation
- Administration - routine clerical accounting and bookkeeping duties;
- Interaction with representatives from various other departments.
- Well-versed and experience in Pastel, Sage and Excel
- Knowledge of financial practices and principles
- Skill in maintaining accounting records
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised with an acute attention to detail
- Teamplayer
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Winelands/Helderberg area.
