reports that Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli has closed its US stores and that it is preparing to liquidate its North American operations.
Security guards entered the company's US stores - including approximately seven full-line stores and a handful of off-price outlets - on 29 March 2019 and instructed employees to leave, according to two salespeople.
The brand is seeking an agreement with creditors to stay afloat as it searches for an investor.
