Admin/Operations Assistant

Primary duties will include (not limited to):
- Creating style codes to organise and streamline our product inventory.
- Importing and organising high-quality images.
- Efficiently capturing and processing sales orders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Handling invoicing duties with precision and attention to detail
- Track shipments from overseas and local suppliers.
- Monitor shipment status and ETA to ensure timely delivery and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve issues or delays in shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth receipt and processing of incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate record of all shipments, including documentation and correspondence.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (higher than average), and other relevant software for data management and analysis
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Conscientious with follow-up and feedback.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation is a plus.
