Duties and responsibilities

As an experienced Retail Supervisor or Shop Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of operations to maximize the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail, a deep understanding of excellent customer service, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving customers.
• Excellent customer service
• Greeting Customers: Welcoming customers as they enter the store.
• Interact with customers and ensure that a high standard of client service is provided.
• Assisting with Product Selection: Helping customers find products and providing information about features and benefits.
• Handling Complaints: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
