Raymond Zondo calls out media on commission coverage
Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo criticised the media's use of information contained in the affidavit of former Bosasa chief operations officer, Angelo Agrizzi. According to Zondo, the contents were of "absolutely no public interest" adding that they would soon be publicised anyway.
Several Sunday newspapers had published the information, which contained details that implicate high-ranking government officials. The Deputy Chief Justice went on to point out the irony of journalists and media houses that contravened the regulations of the State Capture Commission while trying to lawfully uncover the truth.
