I realise that everybody is responsible for their own behaviour and self control, however I still cannot believe the complete lack of responsibility on the part of the event organisers to provide transportation or facilities for the guests who have had one too many. I don't think I have the answers, but how about renting two or three vehicles to transport willing guests home and having students on standby to bring their vehicles home to them. The vehicles could even be sponsored by Brandhouse, Distell etc to promote their responsible drinking campaigns. I don't know whether this will work or not, but I do know that we have to do something...
