This exciting new addition to the show is aimed at increasing awareness of tourism in southern Africa featuring a variety of coastal, mountain and adventure destinations and attractions as well as comprehensive travel options."
A host of activities are orchestrated each year aimed at keeping the younger visitors to the Rand Show entertained. From headline music festivals featuring the best South African acts to favourites such as the animal carnival with a line-up of pet events and inter-active experiences such as the petting zoo. The SABC lake stage is a live presentation of well-known television productions.
"The Rand Show is fundamentally a family experience and the composition of the exhibitors and events staged at the Rand Show is carefully selected to build and enhance this tradition.
