NEWSWATCH: It was Tyrone August's last day as editor of Independent Newspapers' Cape Times, yesterday, Thursday, 29 January 2009. It is not known whether he will be replaced. Meanwhile, President Kgalema Motlanthe has returned unsigned the Films and Publications Amendment Bill to Parliament, according to media reports.
