Verimark appoints interim financial director
Siegfried qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000, after having completed his articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has experience in the retail and banking industries, and joined Verimark in 2008 as financial manager.
Verimark said Siegfried would temporarily assume the role of financial director, in addition to his role as the company secretary, until such time as a suitable replacement for Jeremy Thomas, who resigned as financial director with effect from 28 February, had been appointed.
