New international management team for Clear Channel Outdoor

The rest of the team are:

• Jonathan Bevan, international CFO and director of corporate development;
  
• Hubert Janvier, newly appointed regional president, Southern Europe, which includes France, Spain, Italy and Belgium;
  
• Rickard Hedland, newly appointed regional president, Northern and Eastern Europe; and
  
• Mark Thewlis, regional president, Asia Pacific.

Barry Sayer, who has been serving concurrently as CEO for the company's African business and interim CEO for the UK, has also been named the UK's permanent CEO. Rickard Hedlund was previously the company's CEO for Northern Europe. Huber Janvier had been the company's CEO for Belgium and Spain.

"Each of our regional presidents has a strong operating track record and brings a hands-on management style that will ensure we are sharing best practices among our international business units and with the Americas.
