Cape Talk team held hostage

NEWSWATCH: Foreigners at the Bluewaters camp in Strandfontein took Cape Talk's breakfast team hostage this morning, Wednesday, 25 June 2008, reports 702 Talk Radio. Morning show host Aden Thomas and his team were forced to resume broadcasting so that the foreigners, who have since apologised, could air their views.

Meanwhile, various media report that Naspers is under fire from its own journalists for subsidiary Paarl Web haven taken on a job printing election material Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe's Zanu-PF - an order that was turned down by Caxton - and that Naspers group chairman Ton Vosloo is being petitioned to donate the alleged R3 million made to charity.
