NAB tender for 2015 radio research out now
As the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has resigned from the South African Advertising Research Foundation (SAARF), it is calling for proposals from businesses interested in tendering for its radio listenership research.
It finds it appropriate to call for proposals now in order to ensure maximum input and a smooth transition come January 2015, when the current tender expires.

According to an NAB spokesperson, the deadline for proposals is 11 November 2013 and once received; the association will be calling for input from a wide array of stakeholders including their members, marketers and media agencies. This will ensure full transparency and participation in the development of the tender specifications.
The tender will be published in February allowing sufficient time for significant consultation before being awarded in June 2014.
With increased fragmentation in the radio sector and rapid advances in new technology, it is vital that NAB remain abreast of global trends and radio broadcasters, advertisers and their agents trust that data.
