Colourful new tenant for soapie mall

A sponsorship deal recently concluded between Plascon and Oracle Airtime Sales has seen one of South Africa's premier paint providers take up a shop window in the mall of M-Net's popular local soap opera Egoli for a period of one year.

The shop window showcases Plascon's products in a themed presentation focusing on paint solutions for different rooms in your home. Furniture and decor accessories for the Plascon shop are supplied by home and decor retailer @home.

“The way people decorate their homes and the colours they use is an expression of their individual or family personality,” says Monde Keebine, group brand manager at Barloworld Plascon.

“The purpose of our window presentations is to provide Egoli viewers with some inspiration on different colours to use with home accessories, as well as to highlight which Plascon products are best suited to the different conditions present in different sections of your home.”

Along with following the intricacies of the plot, viewers will initially become familiar with the Plascon Experience shop window through a Plascon Velvaglo bathroom presentation. It will feature turquoise paint on the wall and bathroom settings in shades of charcoal greys, whites and darkwood to conveying a classy yet modern look.

Egoli viewers can look forward to a new paint and decor ideas in the Plascon Experience shop window every three weeks.
