Nationwide recently increased its frequencies on its Johannesburg/London route, and will be adding more international routes later this year.
Speaking from the US, a spokesperson for TCB said that they are delighted with the prospects of Altitude. TCB Publishing publishes six in-flight magazines and one car rental in-fleet magazine.
