Subscriptions Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer complaints, responding to inquiries, and resolving common issues
- Inbound phone support
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to resolution times, response rates, customer feedback, and service quality
- At least six months of experience in an inbound call centre environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed daily targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (email proficiency is especially important)
- Competent in using backend admin systems, and able to quickly learn new technologies
