Bell Pottinger breaches PRCA Code of Conduct
NEWSWATCH: Last month the Democratic Alliance (DA) submitted a complaint against Bell Pottinger regarding its work for Gupta-owned Oakbay Capital, which had not been upheld by the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA)'s disciplinary committee, as if this has been the case, the decision to reject it would have been made public by Thursday.

"We have now received confirmation that our complaint stands, and Bell Pottinger will now be given five days to appeal the PRCA’s decision if it so chooses," DA spokeswoman Phumzile van Damme said yesterday.
Bell Pottinger has five days to appeal a ruling against it and it’s believed that the final decision will be made by the week commencing 4 September.
