The Casting Company launches new website

Based in Johannesburg and with affiliates countrywide, The Casting Company is the only black owned and managed Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) entity of its kind in the country. The Casting Company provides complete casting services to a range of multinational ad agencies and major production houses, drawing on talent from across South Africa.

The Casting Company has enjoyed success in the South African Film & Television Industry for over 13 years, adding to their constant unrelenting creative efforts to find the right talent for the Film and TV Industry. They were honoured recently to see two of their castings for TV commercials receive 3 Silver's & 1 Gold award at the Loeries 2003 Awards at Sun City.

The teams of Kevin Gray, Bonnie Lee Bouman and Zandile Mqadi have completed over 108 jobs since the beginning 2003 alone. To date the company has completed castings for a global clientele for commercials produced for flight in Saudi Arabia, Germany, France USA /Canada and Poland. According to Managing Director, Bongani Mbindwane the company has embarked on an expansion strategy by adding a second studio and upgrading its technology and equipment.
