Has SABC's Kwele helped 'Cooke' up OTT rental deal?

NEWSWATCH: Only months ago the national broadcaster had its hands out for a handout, but now it appears that their head of Project 2010, Peter Kwele, could have facilitated a deal to pay World Travel Awards, whose president is Graham Cooke, an exorbitant rent for some studio space during the World Cup, reports Mail & Guardian. Meanwhile, not playing adverts during their shows seems to be costing Jozi FM DJs dearly, reports IOL.
