kulula supports Zapiro satire
kulula is supporting Z News by providing free flights for the cast and crew. On Thursday, 4 June, two of the most famous members of the cast, JZ and GodZille, flew between Joburg and Cape Town to campaign on behalf of the show. Surprised kulula passengers on morning and evening flights travelled alongside the pair who (in a display of their new-found friendship) sat together along with executive producer Thierry Cassuto.
“Encouraging South Africans to laugh at one another is something close to kulula's heart. We were delighted to host the puppets on our flights and to support the cause of South African satire,” said Heidi Brauer, executive manager: group marketing at kulula.
