Modise's LOC days numbered?
NEWSWATCH: Industry sources have told the Mail & Guardian that Tim Modise's stint on the 2010 LOC is coming to an end soon, whether it be by his resigning or being fired.
Meanwhile, SANEF earlier this week said that while South Africa has press freedom, this under threat from “actions by government officials, the private sector, political parties and some institutions”, reports IOL.
The Times Online became the first major media company to partner with Google on site search when it went live on Wednesday night, 12 March 2008, with its customised Google Search installation instead of the Search24 engine, blogs Colin Daniels, publisher of The Times Online.
