Mvela, Johncom deal goes through
NEWSWATCH: Tokyo Sexwale's Mvelaphanda Group (Mvela) said yesterday, Tuesday, 30 October 2007, that it had finalised a deal to buy a direct stake of up to 30% in Johncom's media assets from majority shareholder Allan Gray, according to Business Day. The assets will be listed shortly as Opco, or Avusa, if shareholders vote today in favour of the replacement name.
