Exporting SA creativity
Heidi Chisholm of Daddy buy me a pony, the creative unit of the 9November Union of companies, has signed-up the German aromatic tea brand Wellmondo as a client. Wellmondo will be distributed in German speaking areas of Europe.
Chisholm says: "Even with very little marketing, Wellmondo is an established brand in Germany. However, the scope of the project is such that one can really make a difference to the bottom line of the brand and growing its market-share in the wider German speaking area of Europe."
Charl Nel, Director: Business of 9November, says one of his strategic directions is a stronger focus on high-end business outside our domestic borders, thereby exporting South African creativity to the world: "Acquiring the Wellmondo account is in line with our plans for the future, and further establishing our creative boutique positioning in the SA market."
