AMASA's media planning book launched
The textbook covers the theory behind media planning, specifically in the South African environment. It is a relevant source of information on the local media situation and explains in easy-to-grasp chapters, the media process from understanding the available research to the compiling of a media plan.
AMASA Chairman, Karen Bailey, says: "AMASA has been at the forefront of media education and training in South Africa and the AMASA textbook has played a key role in training and equipping new media planners with the basic skills needed to face the media challenges of today.
"It is AMASA's intention that this updated edition will continue to train the leaders of tomorrow and serve as a valuable source book for those already employed in the advertising, media and marketing industry."
