Cannes Young Lions get ready to roar
Young creatives, under the age of 28 should sharpen their pencils, as the registration for the annual Young Lions local selection competition opens on the Cinemark website on Tuesday, 1 March 2011.
Each two-man copywriter/art director team will access the full brief on 16 March and will have 48 hours to submit their masterpiece by the 9.00am deadline on 18 March.
The winning duo will win a trip to France for Cannes Lions, the world's most prestigious creative advertising festival, where they will compete against hundreds of the globe's up and coming creative geniuses, while they rub shoulders with the who's who in global advertising.
Cinemark, as official local representatives of Cannes Lions, will select the winning pair. Go to www.cinemark.co.za for more information.
