#Newsmaker: Tracey Edwards is Ogilvy Joburg's new chief delivery officer
Tracey Edwards was appointed at Ogilvy Johannesburg at the beginning of the year, and had been 'double hatting' as acting MD until Elouise Kelly started earlier this month.

Now that she's stepped into her new role, we found out more about what a chief delivery officer does exactly, and how she plans to professionalise the delivery function within the agency...

I am very excited about the new role. It is going to be a challenge to now step into a national role and help shape Ogilvy on how we respond to the complexities of modern marketing.
