We are a marketing agency specialising in marketing of shopping centres. We have a vacancy for a Financial Controller at our Head Office in Stellenbosch.

The financial controller will the following main responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Exhibition court reconciliation, finance coordination and dealing with queries
• Exhibition and advertising monthly reporting
• Processing of bank statements and monthly reconciliations
• Preparing of monthly income reports
• Administration - routine clerical accounting and bookkeeping duties
• Interaction with representatives from various other departments (internal and external parties)

Skills:

• Three to five years' experience in finance
• Knowledge of finance practices and principles
• Skill in maintaining accounting records
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised with an acute attention to detail
• Exceptional all MS Office skills (especially Excel) 
• Sage experience will be an advantage
