• Develop and lead the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for clients and business objectives.
• Ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Enhance brand positioning and refine visual identities, as required.
• Implement and design marketing collateral, aligned to brand visual guidelines.
• Oversee the management of digital marketing channels, including the group's website, social media platforms, email and paid media campaigns
• Identify digital tools to enable increased effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing processes.
• Identify marketing or brand opportunities for growth.
• Comprehensive digital expertise
• Graphic design and layout: Creative Cloud
• Web design and development: WordPress, Woocommerce, Wix, Squarespace & Shopify. Testing websites & apps.
• Web SEO optimisation
• Design/Code Mailers: email marketing and event invitations
• Social media: Meta Business Suite (content creation, content calendar & scheduling posts), Ad Campaigns, Analytics
• Google: Business Suite and Google Forms
• Email signatures
• Presentation design/layout
