Professor Sieg Eiselen, a leading expert on e-commerce law, has been appointed by WASPA SA as one of its independent adjudicators. These independent lawyers adjudicate in disputes between members of the association and consumers around its Code of Conduct when these cannot be resolved amicably. Eiselen is a leading expert on e-commerce law, lecturing on unjustified enrichment and estoppel, contracts law and electronic commerce law at Unisa.
