Second network operator to end monopoly?

In response to announcements that 7 black-owned businesses will be bidding for the country's 2nd network operator licence, top economist, Mike Schussler of Tradek, says that he believes that the second network operator will elevate South Africa to the information age, and possibly become a major world player in telecommunications.
