SA makes NYF International Advertising Awards shortlist
The Jupiter Drawing Room (Utopia) has ensured South Africa a spot in the 2012 NYF International Advertising Awards shortlist for its BirdLife SOS Festival poster campaign (Save Our Seabirds) in the environmental issues category. Apart from being awarded In-Book status last week at the 50th D&AD Awards, which refers to work that will be included in the 50th D&AD Annual, the poster has also been selected as a One Show Design Pencil & Merit finalist. NYF International Advertising Awards winners will be announced on Thursday evening, 3 May 2012 in New York City; One Show Design winners will be announced on Monday evening 7 May, also in New York City.
