IMM Graduate School of Marketing

Customer service has really gone to the dogs in this country, i have been trying to obtain information from IMM GSM for studying towards an IMM Degree, it took me two weeks talking to "consultants" as they call themselves, only to finally make a break through the day before registration closes and being informed that a penalty of R250 is charged for late registration.

i call the following day trying to find out if they will be open on Saturday for registration only to get through to another one of those "consultants approx 15min later who then tells me that she doesnt know if they will be open i must keep calling during the course of the week to find out and that she is too busy to ask any of her collegues. What happened to offering the customer to take their number down and as soon as you know you will get back to them???? Pity there is no other way of studying towards an IMM without registering with them....gone to the dogs!
