Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Survey from Haidi Liu (Rhodes University)

Dear Participant

My name is Haidi Liu and I am a Masters student in the Department of Information Systems, Rhodes University. I am currently researching the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in the retail sector. I am attempting to explore the adoption constraints surrounding RFID and in particular, how senior management perceive the potential for RFID adoption in the retail sector, and how this compares to RFID implementation issues that I have identified through my literature review.

I am attempting to contact decision makers in South African retail businesses and would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in completing my on-line questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 30 questions and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your response will be treated confidentially and a compiled report of my findings will be sent to you should you wish to have a copy.
