Commuters are umbraged and disgusted by these direspectfool youths who run up-and-down the coaches opening doors and windows and let that chilly wind in where they are being discomforted and inconvenienced and menaced.Commuters have been victims of their crimes like robberies since they need the money to buy cooldrinks.
These are not just youths chilling-out but youths recruited by the notorious "26 prison-gang and when they do what they are doing they are showing the elders who the boss is.
Theirs is an act of defiance and a display of their newly acquired power and authority annd doing what they are doing they want to be arrested and sent to prison to go be sharpened.
doing what they are doing they avoid being street urchins and glue sniffer since being a new member you must first serve the ranked-ones or you must do something terrible like humiliating someone who thinks he`s a player,killing or doing what they are doing.
The solution is for the government to fast-track that program of Greg Blank which I don`t know why the government let it lapsed to tackle gangsterism in prison.
As for these youths they need to be handed over to their parents,counselled and rehabilitated and move to another province and resume their schooling there.
To use them as guards is child labour and they will be able to continue with their gang activities since abductions,robberies,brutalities and murders are a core part of this industriy`s activities.
