The caring Adv. Dali Mpofu

The SABC MUST NOT FOOL THE SAME PEOPLE IT SUPPOSEDLY RERESENTS.

For years, many of them in fact, the national Psl has given the broadcasting rights to the SABC. The sabc gave out the much needed money, and the psl was able to maintain things and continue with benefits like monthly grants for the psl teams. In recognition of many things that come into play when we speak of growth, we must consider the growth in monetary terms. With the rate of inflation being so unforgiving, the psl realised that the benefits were no longer meaningful. In this regard, the mandate was: there had to be more money made. The end result was that the price of the broadcasting rights we going to be hiked up. We know for a fact, and no person can argue otherwise (unless they do so sarcastically)that there is available capital in the sabc. If the esteemed Dali Mpofu had really cared about bringing the soccer to the people of the country than they would not actually ignored the issue: that they needed to cough up the rands. Now, for the last decade or so, supersport has been buying broadcasting rights for SOME games. The roles (if this matter ends as it it is) must now switch, the and the SABC MUST BUY NOT SOME BUT ALL GAMES FROM THE PAY CHANNEL SUPERSPORT. We as the general public must inform ourselves rather than judge The Psl about its decision. This is because with our brothers earning so less at the so called "minor teams", the R1 billion deal surely brings them good news. It is argued here that the SABC COULD HAVE, SHOULD HAVE AND WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE FORKED OUT THE MONEY FOR THESE RIGHTS(had it been that they were interested in representing the general public).
