Verimark laptop ads
misleading
By now any TV watcher would have seen the Verimark ads for a "children's laptop" promising parents little geniuses if they buy the R400 product.
Am i the only one concerned by the total lack of educational psychologist's opinion in these ads?
Surely even Verimark selling the faddish rubbish they do has to abide by some actual "truth" and can't claim outright that a product they sell can make your kid intelligent contrary to popular and researched educational psychology studies?
Any response from the ASA regarding the level of truth in advertising, especally when it comes to selling such educationally limiting products?
