Rand Show is known for its significant and diverse selection of exhibitors that include everything from outdoor camping and water sport equipment through to interior design and furniture, international pavillions and food vendors that cater for every taste and preference.

Ryan Downing, GM of Consumer Exhibitions at Kagiso Exhibitions, says, “2008 will see many brand new additions to the entertainment line-up that are thoroughly exciting, many of which will be ‘firsts' at the Rand Show.

“The hugely successful Afrikaanse Musiekfees, Bollywood Festival and Joyous Celebration have grown into powerhouse events over the past few years and are confirmed headline concerts to be staged during Rand Show 2008. The entertainment lineup for our younger visitors is undergoing a complete transformation, adding a bit of nostalgia by reintroducing the much loved character parades in addition to offering an action-packed entertainment line-up that is tailored for the youth.

“The on-going support that we receive from our security and safety forces such as SAPS, Metro Police, EMS and private security maintains Rand Show's reputation of being a one-stop family entertainment hub that is safe to explore and enjoy,” concludes Downing.
