Nominations open for Southern Africa's top tourism leader

"The Tourism Leadership Award will recognise an individual who is making a significant contribution to the growth and development of the tourism and hospitality sector in Southern Africa," says Mmatšatši Marobe, CEO of the TBCSA, convenors of HICA.

She says entries for the award - nominations from colleagues or associates - are now open and will close on 25 March.

The nominee must be an individual that has dedicated his/her life to investing in people and human development, capacity building and knowledge transfer, job creation, service excellence, industry development, environmental preservation, good corporate citizenship, sustainable community development, innovation, public/private partnerships and transformation.
