Century City gets 5-star hotel

Aimed at the business traveller, it is a 5-star hotel with 180 bedrooms, state of the art conferencing facilities and a 300-seater facility suitable for product and car launches. The hotel has a wellness spa (operated by Spas of Distinction) and a gym.

Century City is a prime example of vertical integration of business, leisure and lifestyle, which played an important role in African Prides' decision to locate the hotel. It has 220,000sqm of prime office space and 3500 residential properties, with approximately 35,000 people working at Century City on a daily basis and over 21 million feet passing through the shopping precinct on an annual basis.

Pedestrian connectivity to Canal Walk Shopping centre will be via a steel suspension bridge that begins on the east side of the complex's internal street and lands on the other side of the canal just metres away from this popular shopping centre.
